Brand your invoices
Make invoices look like yours.
An invoice that looks established gets treated like it came from an established business — opened sooner, questioned less, paid on time more often. Your logo and colour also make the next job easier: the customer remembers who did the work when the paperwork looks like your van, not like an app.
- Settings → Invoice defaults.
- Set your accent colour and add your logo; tweak payment terms & a notes line.
- Tap Preview to see a sample invoice.
- On Pro, the small "Made with Speakpaid" line is removed from the footer automatically.
On Free you can still set these, but invoices keep the Speakpaid footer until you upgrade.
